We want to take a look at the team of the moment in a two-hour seminar at the Academy. What makes Bayer so strong and how can their style of play be classified in regard to tactical theory and history?

Leverkusen are top of the Bundesliga table and we want to look in detail at what Xabi Alonso puts on the pitch there.

With an attacking system that relies on very short distances between players rather than maximising space, a major paradigm shift may also be involved. Furthermore, the elements of the team harmonise fantastically and are catalysed by the exceptional Florian Wirtz.

Dates, booking & costs

The seminar will take place on the following dates:

• 28 March (Thursday) at 6 p.m. (GMT / UK-time) (fully booked)
• 28 April (Sunday) at 3 p.m. (GMT / UK-time: 4 p.m.)
• 8 June (Saturday) at 1 p.m. (GMT / UK-time: 2 p.m.)

The seminar will take place online via Zoom and will last approximately 2-3 hours. The number of participants is limited to 30.

The seminar will also be available as a recording.

The price for participation is 25€, for the recording 30€. (Participation + recording also 30.) Payment options are PayPal and bank transfer.
